Step 1: Merchant Information

Once you complete the signup process by submitting all the required documentation and contract information, we'll provide you a unique Merchant ID and access to the Segpay Merchant Portal. The Merchant Portal is our web-based tool where you can manage your business.

Viewing Merchant Information

To view your company information, including fees and any notes associated with the account,

  1. Log into the Segpay Merchant Portal.

  2. Select the My Account icon from the navigation menu and select Merchant Information.

Select Your Merchant Account

If your merchant portal account is associated with multiple Segpay Merchant IDs (MIDs), select the merchant whose information you want to view. Notice the search box, which comes in handy if you have a long list of merchants to scroll through. Type the merchant ID or description to search.

Change Your Merchant Information

Banking regulations dictate that most changes to your data must go through Segpay. Email us at techsupport@segpay.com to report any updates.

The one tab you can edit directly is Contact Information (see image below). You can make changes to any of the fields listed under that tab, including your email, phone, etc. Click Save to submit your changes.
